Synesthesic Concert

Art Center

Fri 11 Nov 2017 at 4 pm - Music Room

Alex Cecchetti

concert / with Natan Kryszk

At the opening of the Tamam Shud exhibition Polish musician Natan Kryszk will be offering a unique kind of concert: using his synesthetic gifts, he will transform paintings by Alex Cecchetti into a work for the piano.

In the Music Room are a piano and a musical score inspired by the artist's 500,000 Azaleas. These kaleidoscopic paintings bring together flowers destined to reveal their underlying sonority through musical interpretation. For the vernissage Alex Cecchetti is inviting synesthetic musician Natan Kryszk for a concert-performance at which you'll hear colours and see sounds!
